Angela has been working as a GP partner in Barnoldswick, East Lancashire since 1997. In her first few years in General Practice, she also worked in hospital rheumatology clinics, community Family Planning clinics, and, GP Out of hours Centres. She then developed an interest in Medical Education. She initially supervised medical students and FY2 trainees, then, went on to become a GP Trainer in 2007. She joined the East Lancashire Medical Education team as a facilitator in 2010, then, within 2 years, was appointed as a Primary Care Medical Educator. She also works in GP recruitment. She has a strong interest in the local GP Trainers Group where she often leads education sessions for the GP trainers. She has a great deal of experience in hosting GP trainees in her practice, and, in leading GPST education sessions.
