  • Refresh the page, log out and back in.
    ​Ask if other people find the same issue.
  • Try accessing Learning Hub on a different internet browser
    (Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome).

6. Sending Your Files to Us

  • Use a descriptive subject line / title for your e-mail: 
    ​include the course title, date and 'register' or 'feedback'.

7. Appraisals (yearly review, PDRs)

  • I have had my appraisal; why am I still showing as non-compliant?
  • When should I expect to have my first appraisal?
  • Does the Trust provide Appraisal training for Appraisers?
  • How do I add or subtract members of my team?
  • How do I upload evidence for my own appraisal?
    • Why should I upload evidence for appraisals?
  • How do I fix an appraisal submitted for the wrong person?
    • Why should I submit appraisals for the intended person only?
  • How do I fix a minor error on someone's appraisal, like the wrong colour code?

Tips

  • Appraise new starters within 6 weeks.
  • Take 2-hour Appraiser training on Teams.
  • Complete the 'Changes to my Team' form.
  • Don't breach IG or GDPR: do your due diligence checks before submitting appraisals to the wrong person's file!
    • (But be honest with us if you do make a mistake so we can fix it faster. We can just redesign forms to make errors less likely.)
  • Appraisees can upload evidence to their own LH accounts so you can fix minor errors on their appraisal.

  • ​To log a job with IT, open the Intranet (OLI), then click
    ​'IT Systems' and the 'Informatics Self-Service Portal' button.
