Since December 2016, the Learning & Development Journey has been a dedicated area of our Learning Management System. It gives colleagues a customised and interactive learning journey to explore any career progression they may have in mind.
The L&D Journey provides a range of subject matter areas, such as Core & Essential Skills, Communication Skills, Self-Development, Health & Wellbeing, Leadership & Management and many more. The range of resources includes:
