All new staff employed by ELHT will be required to attend the corporate induction programme as their first working day of employment.
This excludes doctors in training, volunteers, agency and cadets who have a bespoke induction arranged for them.
The Trust Corporate Induction is a one day programme.
It is held twice a week, on a Monday and Tuesday (Tuesday and Wednesday on bank holiday weeks).
The programme delivers all 11 Core Skills Training subjects by introducing facilitated eLearning combined with classroom training.
All new staff should be booked onto a Corporate Induction Programme by Employment Services.
