Digital Learning - Creating engaging, interactive content

Digital Learning Team
Here at ELHT, we are committed to helping you make the most out of your learning opportunities. One way we do this is by creating effective and accessible
e-Learning for professional and personal development. Our developers work with clinical staff to design packages based on the needs of the Trust, the individual, and the patients. We work to the same standards of Safe, Personal and Effective provision, using standardised processes and respected digital pedagogies to guide our strategy.

Integrated into the Learning Hub, all the e-Learning packages can be used as records of learning and fulfilling objectives. This learning is available from almost any internet-connected device around the world. We use a variety of Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) media to offer a multi-modal learning experience and are always looking at ways that technology can best serve the needs of the learners within the Trust.
If you have an idea for e-Learning, you can fill out this form and one of our team will be in touch. For a more general discussion on e-Learning within ELHT, please feel free to contact our Digital Learning Lead, Rachel Adams, by email at rachel.adams@elht.nhs.uk or on Ext. 14757.

SPE in context

Safe: we work with subject matter experts to make sure the information contained in the e-Learning is accurate and review the content of our packages annually to capture changes in practice.

Personal: the e-Learning hosted on the Learning Hub is available when you want it and where you want it, integrating into the reporting and appraisal systems without the need for manual intervention

Effective: our e-Learning is built with an awareness of proven digital pedagogies, offering an interactive and multi-modal learning experience
