Foundation - Pastoral Support
We hope that you enjoy your time here at ELHT and have a positive experience both inside and outside of work. We understand that problems can arise, both personally or professionally, that require you to seek advice and support. We have an open door policy here at ELHT and we are proud of the inclusive support that we offer to our trainees.
If you are experiencing any problems and would like some advice or guidance then we urge to you seek our support without hesitation. Your clinical and educational supervisors are often good people to speak to initially, especially if the issues relate to anything within your current placement.
Our Clinical Activity Support Team (CAST) are also on hand to help provide additional support in the workplace
Your Foundation Programme Directors and Foundation Programme Administrator are also a great source of support.
