Rachel Rogers

Rachael Rogers acts as the main contact for Corporate Services where she provides specialist OD support, specific interventions e.g. MBTI, Belbins team types and team coaching.  She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and has worked in the acute sector and commissioning; she is also a qualified coach and coach supervisor and is an OD mentor for the Leadership Academy.  Rachael is the lead for coaching and mentoring which includes overseeing the internal coaching and mentoring network, coaching and mentoring supervision, provision of specialist coaching and mentoring training and qualifications and liaison with external providers.
