Hello, my name is Vivien Shaw and I am the Clinical Activities Support Team Administration Manager. It is an absolute pleasure to work in this amazing, talented and extremely friendly team. I can usually be found in, or not too far away from the CAST office, and am happy to help with any queries you may have regarding clinical skills or life support training. I handle all applications for the advanced life support courses.
I am a qualified Medical Secretary, having worked previously as medical secretary at the Royal Blackburn Hospital, and Practice Manager for a local General Practitioner. I came to work at ELHT, having spent eighteen years as PA and Marketing Manager at a local Independent school.
The CAST office door is usually open – do pop in! If I can’t help, I’ll find somebody who can!
