FY1 Critical Care Week
All FY1's are expected to spend a week in Critical Care / Anaesthetics.
It is a local requirement for you to complete this week and upload the certificate to your Horus e-Portfolio prior to ARCP.

Upon completion of your critical care week please complete the evaluation form in order to receive your certificate.
Clinic Attendance
When relevant to the placement trainees are expected to attend four clinics per placement.
Please complete this form when attending a clinic.
Theatre Attendance
When relevant to the placement trainees are expected to attend four theatre sessions per placement.
Please complete this form when attending a theatre session.
