So together with Connor Watson-Reid, from the Digital Learning Team, we have created some meditations that take one minute to listen to. Perhaps give them a try. You may be surprised how effective one minute can be in calming and tending to the body, mind and emotions.
There are many ways to access these One Minute Meditations - via, You Tube by searching for “ELHT Meditations”, via VIVUP, via the Learning Hub by searching “Mindfulness” and on the ELHT Evidence Hub

BMJ Case Reports is an award winning journal that delivers a focused, peer-reviewed, valuable collection of cases in all disciplines so that healthcare professionals, researchers and others can easily find clinically important information on common and rare conditions. This is the largest single collection of case reports online, with more than 18,900 case reports from 119 countries. Find out how write and publish a case report here. Contact [email protected] to get your Fellowship number. All ELHT staff involved in the diagnosis, treatment, care, or prevention of illness, injury and other physical and mental impairments of patients and service users (including those who provide supervision and training, and those in management roles) are invited to complete the Trust's first Research Capacity and Context Survey (using Google Chrome)
Participation in the survey is really important in helping us to improve approaches to support the development of research capacity and activity at the Trust. Whether research active or interested, or not, everyone's contribution matters. It takes about 10 minutes. There will be a prize draw of £300 towards a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) related activity once the survey has been completed. Survey closes 21st August 2020. Please see the Survey Information Sheet for more information |
